A new year is a great time to reset and start fresh. You might be thinking about what you want to do differently this year, what you want to get rid of, and how you want your space to look.   1. Change your perspective:

It is easy to get stuck in a negative mindset pattern. Sometimes, it is important for our well-being and happiness to change our perspective and see things from a different point of view. When faced with some worrying situation, think of what is the worst that can happen to access if your negative thoughts are based on a real threat or don't make sense at all. Or, if you are trying to come up with a solution for something, try to imagine the opposite or even absurd possibilities as an outcome, this will help you get out of that loop. Think of people who are going to motivate you and want the best for you. People who make you feel refreshed instead of drained.

This might sound like an obvious one, but it's not always easy when we're busy or stressed out with work or school, so it's important to prioritize self-care in order not to burn out or get sick from stress overloads.
