Embracing discomfort for growth

Welcoming discomfort can have surprising effects on our lives but it requires being uncomfortable and that can be challenging. For some people, this is extremely hard to do because the capacity for discomfort varies a lot from person to person. Nevertheless, there are some steps you can take to go beyond your comfort zone with ease and grace, leading to personal growth and a more satisfying life. If we stay within the restrictions of our comfort zone nothing new will come, we get stuck and feel empty, feeling as if something is missing. The reason that takes us to avoid any discomfort is usually the fear of failing. Fear is the ultimate culprit. And just to make it clear, it is good to have fear, this emotion can be very protective and makes us reflect on the consequences of our future actions. But if we let it stop us from fulfilling our dreams is because we probably got stuck in our comfort zone.

So, this can be challenging and we will feel some degree of resistance but it's a must for personal growth. You can start by identifying what matters most to you and seek more of that, exploring old and new interests, experimenting, and learning. Learning new things is very rewarding and it can bring light in resolving future ordeals. Curious about Yoga? Take a free class and see how it feels. Wish to eat healthily? Make a list of 3 to 5 things you would like to do but feel discomfort in doing, and make a plan to do it slowly, one by one.

Be an explorer and let your curiosity grow, ask more questions and investigate other points of view, you may be surprised about some findings. If you are an introvert, make an effort to be more social, accept that there will be some discomfort, it is worth it. Acknowledge who you are when developing new, meaningful relationships. A crystal that I love to have nearby when experimenting with new things is the Celestine, this crystal has a very high vibration, it has extensive divine energy. The gem also promotes the purity of the heart and attracts good fortune. Celestine brings balance and alignment. The stone is very creative and is very useful in the arts. Celestine calms and sharpens the mind, dispersing worries and promoting mental clarity and fluent communication. It also helps the analysis of complex ideas and builds harmony within.
