Protect Energy With These Simple Tips

In order to protect our energy, we need to be mindful of the choices we make, to whom we give our attention and time, and to what. Other important factors are to be attentive to our emotions, to have meaningful relationships, to practice self-care, and to live a mindful life.

The first step that you need to do in order to properly protect your energy at work is to know what you're good at and what does nothing for your energy levels. Doing this will help you decide which tasks are worth your time and which ones aren't. If there is something that you are not good at and drains your energy, delegate it to someone that possesses that skill.

It is always better to be aware of how much time we spend on different tasks. If something is taking up too much of our time and has little or no results, then it might be time for us to let go and move on with our day.

We need to cut back on our energy and find some ways to protect it. This may sound strange at first, but if we don't make changes and do something about the way we use our energy, it will eventually feel depleted. Remember, you are not a machine!

Setting healthy boundaries when needed is also a fundamental aspect in protecting energy, blue crystals are great for this because they aid with communication and speaking the truth. If you struggle with expressing yourself try wearing a piece of blue crystal jewelry or carrying a stone with you until you get better at it There are plenty of choices out there, Lapis Lazuli, Aquamarine, Kyanite, Sodalite, or Blue Calcite, just to name a few! Today's society is one that is more interconnected than ever. As a result, many people are finding it difficult to set boundaries and say "no" to others.

Being mindful of our emotions and energy levels is another way to protect our energy, this means being aware of how someone or something is affecting us and realizing if it is draining or replenishing the energy. Pay attention to the body and things such as headaches, short breaths, or tension building up, these are telling signs that something is off.

To close up, whenever you feel drained, visualize your happy place and you will be surprised at how it can recharge you. A happy place is where you feel safe and calm and it can be anywhere, your bed, your favorite beach or park, it can even be a place you created.
